You have 14 days from the date of receipt to exchange or return any item. Returns for any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item will be at the customer's shipping expense. In the case of a defective or incorrect item received, please contact us PRIOR to returning. You can email hello@thedarlingstyle.com for all return questions.

Please include:

1. NAME
2. ORDER NUMBER
3. SITE IT WAS ORDERED FROM
4. REASON FOR RETURN
5. WHAT YOU NEED (REFUND OR EXCHANGE with size/color/style you'd like)

(If you have your packing slip, you can include that and write the info on that to help us process your return quickly.)

Keep in mind:

Items that are returned must be in their original condition, original packaging unworn and unwashed with all tags to be issued a full refund, minus shipping.

All returns must be received within 14 Business days (who wants to work on Sunday?) of the date that we ship out your order.

Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Any shipping paid is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
